Do I need a reservation?
Not for everyday play. Parties, large groups, and machine rentals should be booked ahead. Walk-ins can arrive whenever they like and load a play card at the counter or kiosk.
How do the games work?
Load credits onto a reusable play card, tap at any machine, and play. Credit cost is shown before each game. Any tickets or eligible wins stay connected to your card until you are ready to visit the prize desk.
Can I bring my own prizes?
Yes for private rentals. We can also curate plush, candy, gift cards, or branded merchandise for you. Let the event team know what you have in mind before delivery so the machine can be stocked and tested.
Are children welcome?
Absolutely. Guests under 13 should play with an adult, and individual location policies apply after 9pm. Families can check the posted hours for each location before making a late visit.
